Born during a spring sunset, I was raised among golden fields, ancient redwoods, and acres of vineyards in the northern lands of California. My first words were the names of flowers & herbs, trees & stars. My hair was often strung with twigs & leaves and my hands covered in dirt. I was a child of nature.
My first passion was dance. I grew up craving a way to express myself and trained in 6 styles of dance, joined three companies, traveled and won competitions all under the age of 18. I received my Degree in Dance from the Santa Monica College and immediately joined the Movement Talent Agency in Los Angeles. One of my first jobs was as Fergie’s body double in her music video GLAMOROUS then with the Black Eyed Peas for a Pepsi and Doritos national commercial that aired all over the world. Since then I have been in numerous music videos and commercials. I have appeared on TV shows, such as, “1000 Ways to Die”, “Tosh.0″ and a comedy burlesque act that was on Showtime “Live Nude Comedy” with Shannon Elizabeth. I have performed live with Flo Rida, Jason Druelo and along side with David Hasselhoff and countless others.
After 15 years of entertainment I left and followed my next passion of social justice and design. As tech became a big influence in our lives, I wanted to support the stories of people and communities that needed their voices to be heard. I spent the last 7 years learning tech, design and storytelling. Growing up in nature and spending most of my life in movement, play and real world experiences I wanted to keep the authentic groundedness nature provided me. I feel in love with Biophilic design and creating spaces that harmonize our lives with the principles of nature.
I currently live in Venice Beach and enjoy dancing in my living room, ocean dips, foraging herbs from the streets and coffee mornings with my community and friends.
Let’s create deep, rich, soulful things in our lives.
